The 148th meeting of the Gavel Club was
held at 215, Sumanadasa Building on
24/09/2012. Meeting commenced at 5.13 p.m.
After having a morning meeting at the last time members were happy
to witness an evening meeting as the members who are having their industrial
training were unable to come in the morning session. Toastmaster for the day
was Sachille and the table topics session was conducted by Samavath. even
though there were some philosophical topics all the members spoke in the
session. The evaluations of the table topic speeches was given by Chandima and
Akalanka. Then the Winner of Speech Olympiad
2012, Sirimevan Jayasundara delevered his
Ice breaker and Niles evaluated his speech.
